    HAESBIO (Hot Air Energetic System based on Biomass Products Combustion) There is a new product serving for combined generation of electric energy and production of heat or more precisely cool. HAESBIO is affordably priced and economically effective product which will make possible to develop energy use of biomass by extension of electricity generation to the field of smaller biomass boilers. Electricity as been produced especially at units with relatively small heat rate up to 10MW only rarely. It should came to development of decetralized generation of electricity near by fuel source with relatively low delivery cost. It is assumed solely cogeneration od electricity and heat, no generation of electricity without production of heat.

It is possible to realize production of heat resp.cool in a variety of ways:

To the central and industrial heating in form of hot or warm water, resp. steam.
To the systems of industrial heating in form of warm air about temperature 30C and more. The air cooled in previous heat exchangers can be connect directly into heated premises without intercessory heat exchangers circuit. The air is more clean than athmosferical and can be partially dryed.
For technological purposes in form of hot water, steam, hot air about temperature 30 - 500C.
For production of cool in form of hot water or hot air to the adsorb coolers producing cold water with temperature about 5 - 12 C.

HAESBIO Biomasa At using of heat for central heating systems generation and sell will contribute by keeping affordably prices of marketed heat and thereby to next expansion of heating use of biomass. The conception of unit is currently focused on biggest source of biomass, wood chips. Consequently can be modified for other kind of fuels, pelets, energy crops and so on.
The market perspective of HAESBIO is based on longtime and permanent trend to biomass share rising, which is most significant renewable souce of energy, on generation of electricity and production of heat.

Till this time there is no available analogically comparable systm burning biomass for combined production electricity and heat.

Preliminary evaluation of capital costs:

There was performed preliminary calculation of HAESBIO investment costs and sell prices of units with minimal electric efficiency 20% at electric power 260kW and thermal power 1800kW in serial production. Specific costs of complete unit are 4100-4800 EUR/kWe. Specific costs of part for electricity generation are 2100-2500 EUR/kWe.

On condition that price of marketed electricity 0,098 EUR/kWh (biomass category OZ3 ), price of marketed heat 16,50 EUR/GJ, fuel price 2,90 EUR/GJ and utilization time min. 5000 hours the unit payoff coming out 5 - 6 years.

HAESBIO is compact energetic unit using thermal energy of flue gases from burning of biomass in combustion chamber. The outlet is electricity generated by turbogenerator and heat for next utilization mentioned above . The system is fully automatic based on PLC.

The pilot unit is designed for electric power, higher model series will be up to 1MWe. The system is protected by utility design.
